So ugh.. Yeah. The last week has been interesting to say the very least. So the story goes it rained like nobody's business and flooded like everything.. >.<

We live on a lake and the water was up at least 10 feet. _._ I got up to go to work and the road had a good four feet of water running over it. I had to turn around. Later the docks unhinged themselves and stared to float away. That was fun. I ended up getting a bathing suit on and swimming to them and running the ropes back to trees to tie them down. Then we had to evacuate our house.. The road that had been flooded earlier had washed out. One of the damns had failed. It washed out like 30 feet of road. So my house is now an island. ^_^ We can't get any of the cars out. There is no power, gas, or water, and my parents are really afraid of looting. I'm staying with a friend in town and walking to work in the 90 degree weather.

I won't be on very often because of the situation.. -.-
